Description
Sintered zirconia-corundum brick is manufactured through high-pressure pressing and high-temperature sintering using high-purity raw materials, electrically fused materials, ultrafine powders, and composite additives. It exhibits excellent resistance to molten glass and high mechanical strength. Furthermore, due to the presence of partially stabilized tetragonal zirconia (ZrO₂), a network of microcracks and moderate porosity is formed within the brick, providing superior thermal shock resistance compared to fused-cast AZS (Al₂O₃-ZrO₂-SiO₂) bricks.Specifications
