Loading

Phosphate Bonded Alumina Brick

It has better high-temperature characteristics and thermal shock resistance than high-alumina brick

Application

Widely used in the transition zones and firing zones of rotary cement kilns, in the roofs of electric arc furnaces, in aluminum production, and for CFB applications

Description

The phosphate-high alumina bricks produced by our company are manufactured from high-quality high-alumina raw materials using phosphoric acid or aluminum dihydrogen phosphate as a binder. They are formed by high-pressure pressing and undergo heat treatment at 600–800°C. This product is characterized by high cold crushing strength, excellent abrasion resistance, and superior thermal shock resistance.
